I will never understand this channel’s love of an outdoor laundry. This appliances are too expensive to leave them vulnerable to thieves. I absolutely love the outdoor space on the second floor. I wouldn’t equip it that way because I find a hammock has been important to me in my last three homes. These spaces are so important to living in a smaller home and it’s good to see them features in the KH Design features. I also really liked the oversized medicine cabinet in the bathroom. A kitchen for me has to have an oversized convection/microwave. I use one every day.

I like the design specially to the kitchen area to bathroom and the back and the stairs to roof deck almost perfect.
For 88sqm is it posible to have 2 bedrooms sir? And for the roof desk that mini room there, it would be nicer if its ang open mini bar.. just an opinion 😊😊😊

@@wmicko yes, here in the Philippines estimated project cost is 44,000 usd (standard finish) not included the furnitures. The project cost will be different in other countries because of the price of materials, contractor/builder, location etc. i think its possible to build. thanks.
