    You're the best in making square wave and modified sine wave inverter. Most of your projects are modified and squre.....but not good in making pure sinewave inverter

      The primary wire consisting of 3 * 3, which has a total of 9 wires connected in parallel. Measure 0.5 mm
      As for the secondary coil, which has 90 turns, it measures 0.4 mm

    For ferrite core you are using tl494 ic to drive mosfet please give its circuit diagram you only given for iron core transformer

      01:31 in un disegno indica troppo velocemente il numero delle spire: 3+3 al primario e 90 spire al secondario. Lo spessore del filo è top secret, ad ogni modo dal video si può avere una idea.

      Il nucleo del trasformatore viene separato ponendo il trasformatore in acqua bollente nel forno per tre minuti

      Il filo primario composto da 3 * 3, che ha un totale di 9 fili collegati in parallelo. Misura 0,5 mm
      Per quanto riguarda la bobina secondaria, che ha 90 spire, misura 0,4 mm

    No está mal,aunque si utiliza mayor cantidad de cobre y algo mas grueso,ajustando primario y secundario,tiene margen de sobra y será mas potente y eficiente,su inversor apenas soporta 100w mucho tiempo,de la otra manera y bien hecho podría superar 500w cómodamente,con transistores extras en paralelo.🙏

    I am wondering, if you hold the frame left to right and begin winding #1 from right to left, then when you reach the end you continue to wind a second layer but from left to right, as you have.
    However, electrically when current travels through this in the first winding it is traveling ' Right to Left' until it reach the end of the first layer and continues into the outer layer - then it is traveling ' Left To Right'
    Therefore, the two layers are actually opposing each other, and this will cause the magnetic flux to be at some minimum value.
    For a second layer to aid the first layer both need to be wound in the same direction on the same core.
    I'm looking at a few designs to do this myself .....

      If you want to convert 12 volts of DIRECT CURRENT (not ac) to 5 v dc it's not worth making a transformer. Buy a step down module (also called a buck converter) like the Lm 2596 which supports, if I'm not mistaken, up to 3A. It's small, very cheap and by connecting to 12V you can regulate the output to any voltage below 12 volts. On the internet you will also find models for larger currents.
