no matter how much you ignore the turret, if you ever get it to 18 it just steals the damage and dps spotlight.
Hi Cub, I have been studying reverse engineering, so a few days ago I was messing around with this game to practice some things. I modified the memory value for luck to give myself 2000 luck or something, and I was still not able to roll legendaries on every upgrade (without re-rolls). I haven't found the chunk of code that dictates rolls for weapon levels, but my hunch is that luck either has a hard cutoff (after a certain point, it doesnt matter how much you have), or it only impacts rolls in increasing stages (20 luck, 40 luck, 80 luck, 160 luck, etc). I could be wrong but I think it is impossible to get enough luck to only get legendaries. I know you have some contact with the game devs, I would be curious if they would tell you.
In a video a couple days ago, you also mentioned modifying the game save data to manipulate what artifacts you have access too. I can confirm that works for artifacts as well meta upgrades. Make sure you back up your save before you mess with it though.
So awesome, I didn’t know they made a Deep Rock game like this.
Only thing id change, is buy every XP Gain in the shoppes because it's so cheap

That might sound dumb, but could you try a „manual mining“ 10 stage dive. For some reason that seems interesting as hell right now.
Great job on the new luck record run! Also, for 10 stages dives with XP scanners - you should buy/take XP gain, so you get more levels.
So I never played this game myself but pretty much watched all videos from you about it. With the last insane scanner run i grew to believe, that they are affected by your luck stat. Is that correct?
Cub, doesn't it feels like bugs become stronger or more in quantity when you get the weapon box artifact?
Especially in single weapon run it becomes significantly tougher to do

You can get over 20 levels from that artefact. Some Ytuber did over 210+ levels

I saw you intentionally avoided piercing. Does it work with plasma, or is it useless if your turrets go plasma?
Try challenge to not upgrade weapon and finish with first level. Upgrade anything beside it. Relode for everything, general demage
I went to a swamp biome run the other day and the twins jumped out of the screen on the last level...

Probably need a 5800x3d or 7800x3d (or 9800x3d when that comes) cpu is likely the problem here trying to calculate the Mutiple damages (3d cpus have 3x more L3 cache witch is good for math healthy/simulation type games) ❤

I think you would have done better taking the XP gains. With 10 floors, leveling starts costing more and more and you need xp gain to offset it.
You need to get all Drones with Mining and Spining around you. Then you will mine like an Big Buzz Axe :D

The +1 drones really isn't a very frequent drop, is it? With that luck and that number of rerolls, you either had bad a bad run or they really don't show up very much.

how do you drop turrets while moving?
They drop automatically when you are full on turret charges and the recharge bar fills. There are white bars on the weapon which are the charges, and then there is a recharge bar going on as well.
Does mining speed apply to your weapons?
No

I just had what was probably the best chance to hit the Luck cap (as there is no legendary luck).
Haz 5, Level 62, GK2 lvl 18, Plasma Carbine lvl 14, Cryo grenade lvl 19 w/3x +mining, Hi-Ex grenade lvl 18 w/3x +mining (courtesy of a stage 1 Weapon Box! 😳), Nishanka lvl 4, 1 Nitra scanner, 2 Gold scanners, and Nitra powder.
Stage 5 came and the Dreadnought just. wouldn't. DIE! 😭😭😭
All the other elites died super-fast, but the Dreadnought took ALL the hits and ever so slowly his life ticked away.
It's not like I didn't have enough damage, just for some reason he had like 1,000,000 Armor or something (maybe he only took damage from the Nishanka DoT?).
All the Praetorians popped within seconds until I had been fighting the boss (almost 1 on 1) for almost 5 minutes, then I got swarmed by the waves as the bugs had become too fast and too tanky to die.
I had ~76% Damage, under 1.5s reload on everything, ~700dmg GK2 AND Carbine AND Cryo, Hi-Ex at ~1200dmg, +50% Global Explosion Radius, 112% Crit, and 228% Crit dmg.
I think my game bugged or something.
I have never known a Dreadnought to be so tanky. EVER.

10 stages is kinda too much now. hopefully they make the player can choose between 5 stages run and 10 stages run with the same dificulty
????????? they do. there is normal mode for 5 stage and 10 stage for biome run.
