    Hi, I have a few questions. What is the white liquid you painted on the ceramic wool on the inside of the forge? Is it a special refractory cement for forges or is it plaster of Paris?
    If it’s just plaster of Paris, no need to answer the other questions.
    Did it crack at all after the first time you used it, what’s the finish like, is it smooth or gritty and does it transfer to your finger if you rub it? I cast Ali, copper and brass and was thinking about making reusable moulds out of it. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated 👍

      It's called Satinite, cracked a little but working well. It has the consistency of P of P and is designed for high temperature applications
