Yeah, the sentiment is good, but if you are going to charge below what the market places the value for the ticket at then you need to do what Ed Sheeran has done and require presenting ID to match the ticket. Otherwise, you just create a secondary market and have the person re-selling the ticket making the money. I think artists are entitled to set a price which minimises the money going in to the pocket of re-sellers.
