Hank's dunk lead up looks like he's wearing heavy duty steel toe boots, it's just so slow. As a fellow non dunker I can relate. Hank is never dunking, unassisted, on a regulation height hoop with a regulation mens basketball. Hank could weigh 150 pounds and it won't matter.
