Protip for more glue action: while doing Garuda on block you can hold jump, but release it before Gardua is over. After that you have a small window that allows you to input specials that also read the jump. By having the jump added to your motion you can create a invisible pot buster with no visible 6246 movement to confuse your opponent. It even allows for a forward walk that makes it even less predictable. Iirc (difficult to explain since it's mostly muscle memory for me) it's basically Garuda and 8 during the animation, 426, hold 6 for a bit for the forward walk, then input P for walking pot buster. There you go, the strike throw game has just become a lot scarier.
