I think he needs a little more Dimension even if you had to Fuller paint in some lowlights it looks a little overly bleached with the sides and back being darker which makes it read kind of Vanilla Ice. Honestly I would always place the Lightner all the way to the roots and then smudge The Roots because the smudge is going to slowly rinse out as his hair grows out which will give him much more lungevity on the highlights. If you start them away from the scalp a few weeks later and now they're even farther away from the scalp whereas if they go to the scalp and the smudge hides that as the smudge rinses away they stay away from the scalp as it grows out but not as far that's the way you did it. I also think he really needs a toner. The purple shampoo might have made him not brassy but it doesn't look toned. It doesn't have a translucence that natural blondes have it looks very bleached. I think a little bit of natural and Ash toners combined for a couple minutes would have given him a little bit of beige that would have been a lot more flattering. It looks like he really needs a little more depth on his roots especially on his four line it looks too bright by his forehead.

Very nice... But I personally would appreciate more to see this same work in someone with thick hair and dark.... It's pretty easy to make in white and blond people good high lights... Not so much in the rest of thick types of hairs
