According to team teaching model
2 or 3 teachers mil kar plannings like lesson plan ,feedback,resources,needs of student, weakness of student etc.. per kam karti hai ....ab after team planning vo indivdually bi teach kar sakti hai ....2 or 3 ak sath bi kar sakti hai....per isme method alg hota hai like group discussion ,group study, discipline teaching....In this strategy each teachers would perform different tasks like one can observe to write feedback while others can show demonstration or give lecture
