そうしたら白身あまらかさずにまんまるの目玉焼き作れるんじゃなかろうか…
それとも焼いた白身は別ので使うんかな…
それだと目玉焼きが分厚くなってかわいくない＆火が通るのに時間かかるから、あえて水っぽい白身を切ってペタンと薄焼き仕立てにしてるんだと思う
