ZRV is a jewel in the crown of breakfast joints in AC.
ZRV is the best value for breakfast in Angeles City. Also, one of the few places I know that has built your own breakfasts. About 350 pesos with coffee or tea. Breakfasts start about 130 pesos for an omelette with toast and drink. Not only cheap but good food.
