Dad and mom are very sick from COVID at home I live in la and they live an hour away I drive everyday to check on them and what not these has my anxiety spiraling out of control and to the point I cry myself asleep and it seems like nothing can calm me down until I hear asmr and this really helps me asleep until the next day of hell :/ Thankyou!!
