Love Stacey from way back in the dirty ass factories of the D in the late 90's. I think the first time I saw him was at a "club" called Better days on Woodward ave and 6 mile.
purchased. thank you so very, very much! for what it's worth, i was the guy on the left side of the screen at 32:00 minutes pointing and whistling... and i've had this tune stuck in my head ever since the festival. thanks again, man. be blessed.
It was... the Boiler Room tent was up top between the VIP area & the Made In Detroit stage... up in the grass next to the big Red Bull tent... sorta near the bathroom trailers...
as long as it is vinyl decks and they can mix that`s all that matters i would say, god i miss the days of watching dj`s mixing with vinyl on a night out.
bunch of EDM / traktor lords bitching about the mixing. This is a sick sick set and he killed it, short transitions are a style too and hes nailing them time and time again. Envy the crowd here 100%.
start watching @ 47:05 and totally watch the girl in pink with the funny hat pull stash out of her shirt and duck down for the old bump session..nice..:)
I've seen Stacey 5 times, 4 in Detroit 1 in Miami and he never disappoints. Definitely in my top 10 fav djs
still one of my favourite sets to this day

Track selection and smooth, simple mixing makes it over anything else. Don't need to the extra looping or FX, this is real DJing.
Props to Boiler room for keeping that crowd back reasonable distance for the artist to his fabulous work.
Time to do this on every Boiler room!!!
