- Boeing executives were back before the National Transportation Safety Board on Wednesday. It was the second day of an investigation hearing to answer questions in the wake of a near-disastrous door plug blowout in January.

RIP John Mitch Barnett. Hero and protector of the people.
What did they do to the whistle blowers? Why is no one investigating who murdered them?
This is a CIRCUS! This NTSB investigator's questioning is ludicrous.
A cascade of errors and lack of quality control.
They were betting on people's lives by letting all these 'small' holes through... well, all the holes in the swiss cheese lined up, and it's a disaster, and it's been a disaster for years. Just how many lives lost due to all of this dropping the ball over the years, either directly or indirectly? It is almost too sad to bear thinking about.
On a positive note, all DEI and ESG goals were met and all bonuses and promotions based on those goals were awarded. 😅
It’s so strange to me. I was ME there for almost 30 years and knew real well the process of installation. They should exam the instructions in step planning document of that area and verify the rubber stamps by mechanic who installed, QA, team lead (or ME ) and sometime final check by QE. If they missed the instal step or missed bolts in design or missed at the airline routine maintenance cycle.
Rubber stamps are no longer used unless CMES is down..."digital paperwork" seems to be non existent. Next thought?
Would it make sense that if you're building Airplanes you build them under one roof instead of some assembly in ICT some in CHS and then some in SEA? As a lay person I could have this all wrong but it seems like I've read this somewhere
Did they figure out who put the zip tie around the stop pad assembly yet?
It wasn't a zip tie. It was Gorilla tape.
Are you sure they're doing that...
How isnt any ofy questioning them about the 2 astronauts they absolutely just left stuck in space at the iss
"MED Door Plug Investigation ". NOT Astronaut Investigation.
@@justmee9441 it's all the same company why isn't anyone actually being held accountable for negligence
because it isn't relevant to their investigation
❤❤❤❤
The error should’ve been caught during assembly and another example of why DEI is bad
Go away troll. Grown ups are talking.
But it’s not DEI
It’s Boeing being a conglomerate that promoted profits over actual safety
The complex instructions worked until now. Lame excuse!!
Usual Suspects at it again. 👻👈🏾
