    What's with the cheezy background music? 😉

    I like the fork, but would choose a Redshift suspension seatpost over the rear shock absorber on this. I think I'd do a better job and keep the frame feeling stiff pedaling out the saddle.

    We are sending all ours back as the distributor doesn't stock any of the tools and Springs for custmization and none of these things come with the bike! The play in the front end couldnt be removed from new so not salable! great concept but without a distributor who carries all the bits this would be an expensive mistake for any customer! Topstone Lefty is a much better option

    Anyone know if they retrofit on urs one ?

      Technically, yes, they will, but you'd have to get a stem with a 1.25" opening also...and the correct headset cups. For now, though, they're not going to sell it aftermarket, but kinda hinted at "never say never".

      Could be done, but given that BMC stated they have no plan on selling a fork only option the answer is pretty much a "no" at this point.

    I’m living in a second world country and I see a bunch of these bikes appearing on a second hand market, I’ll try it out and we’ll see where technology ends up and where easy maintenance takes place

    It s ok . Look like a heavy fork to me. Thx

    A small shock boot would've been better

    • @BikeRumor
      @BikeRumor  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They said they didn't want the aesthetic of the boot, but we don't disagree...probably easy enough to use an old Lizardskins fork boot or something homemade to do the trick if you ride in really nasty stuff. Or attach a fender.

    lmao.. i have a 2011 trek fx7.9 with an inlone bumper on the seat stay as well.. it wasnt marketed as suspension tho.. hahhaahabmc sound like fools

      It’s called suspension on the BMC because the MTT actually moves with 1+ cm of travel. Your FX Isozone seatstay bumper was correctly not called suspension because it was simply a piece of multi material substance designed to dampen high frequency vibrations with no meaningful travel. Clear as mud genius? LOL
