You make the best freediving training content on the interwebs, I have many of your videos bookmarked and come back to them very often. Wish you all the best and hope you'll find some more time and motivation to post more (either on yt, or written form on the blog) :) cheers!

I’m from Baja. I’ve been en la ventana many times, it’s a great place for windsurf. Thanks for the tips

Repetition and consistently is important for CO2 tolerance, more is best, but if you can only fit in a few because of your lifestyle, then that's better than nothing

Great video. Would you recommend doing tables once per day or more than once? Let's say 6 or 8 reps of 2:00 no cоntraction holds once per day. Would this be enough? Increasing some seconds every week.

I find once a day to be enough for me, this is just a template, so you can play with variables, but be careful, it is easy to overtrain breath holds

Very interesting approach to tables. When your wife makes 25 50 75 it represents how much compared to her max perf. Thank you very much for sharing experiences and knowledge.

Would you be able to share some tables so that I can adjust to me both DYN and bifins?

I mention 2 at the end of the video, just tailor them to your own abilities

When you talk about rest time is the time after the exercise of course.
