In. My. DREAMS! This here is gonna take me forever when I finally get down to it & braid my daughter’s hair. It’s like my hands need something to do. I’m good at math too! 🙂
It’s definitely an allergic reaction I had this happen to me the first time I wore weave. I use a tea tree oil shampoo and KEEP YOUR SCALP OILED or it’ll come back
I never needed my hair blow-dried or straighten just to get braids. Maybe that's why my hair looks frizzy at 3 weeks. I always wondered why some people hair look fresh after wearing braids for months.
@@tee.lechea I have been braiding close to 40 years and I never required nor had an attitude when someone hair wasn't straight. I preferred it in the natural state. The game has changed...cancelling appts if hair isn't straight, etc.....
You hair should be tucked and if it is it will last longer. Not having it blown out won’t always mean that it doesn’t last as long, but I def get where your coming from.
I know this video is older, but when you said you did a sew in on her hair and she had dry patches, many times it's the hair weave and it's best to soak the hair weave or braiding hair in regular vinegar for an hour to 2 hours and make sure to leave the twist ties on the weave to keep the hair together while you are soaking it, then rinse it and let it air dry before installing the hair because this method takes that waxy coating off, which can irritate your scalp.
I Need to go get my fingers ready! I need to 1st pick up on my speed or we will be there 10 hours. You are fast & the braids look Crisp. Just beautiful.
