I would put Verbolten in my top spot ahead of Impulse (still haven't been to Lagoon or overseas). Impulse is paced better, but Verbolten is very unique. I also had no clue about the surprise for my first ride.
Nice video on a seldom spotlighted manufacturer. Victor Vandorm was a VR coaster when I visited, and the totally blurry visuals made it a strange experience.
I love the tophat on Wicked. The launch is solid, you get 2 pops of ejector airtime into, and out of the tophat, and due to the way the pullout is profiled, the positive gs are applied extremely abruptly, and they are powerful too.
Thanks for the video. I really liked the ESC in the Freizeitpark Familienland in Austria. Not only does it have a very good layout, but it is also set in wonderful scenery that enhances the ride. In Freizeitland Gelselwind you can experience two unique coasters from Zierer with the Piraten Spinner and the Drachen Höhle. But I suspect these two parks are a bit too small, so a trip there would hardly be worthwhile for you.
535 ESC clones look to be underated, they seriously look like some of the most forceful Zierers. Impulse and Wicked are obviously the 2 main thrill Zieres but some family ones like Orange Sreak or Verboten are considered the best. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if those 535s are the 2nd or 3rd best though, Force one just looks so forceful and fast and a perfect family coaster.
My favorite is Verbolten at Busch Gardens Williamsburg followed by Pepsi Orange Streak at Nickelodeon Universe inside Mall of America and Jaguar at Knott's Berry Farm. I wish they would build more of those tower coasters, especially at the Six Flags parks because if they refuse to work with Gerstlauer these days, a tower coaster would be the perfect alternative for a euro-fighter.
Love a Zierer. Is there a more iconic coaster train than the Tivoli ladybird? I keep forgetting about Zierer, but I recently noticed they are second only to Vekoma on my coaster list in terms of quantity. Corner the European family coaster market and the world is your oyster, is the moral of the story. Wicked always looked to me like a coaster that walks so others may run. The concept of the vertical launch seems to have a lot of untapped potential.
thanks for giving the other coasters a chance, hundeprutten would be too obvious of a #1
Exactly!
All dog fart coaster jokes aside, zierer really has a lot of potential and I hope more tower launch coasters pop up.
Me too!

That's lucky you went in not knowing.

I can imagine how that would be weird.

I love those airtime pops.
I love it for the same reason, and just because it’s so weird.

Maybe I'll get there someday.
Canobie had to show the other rides mercy and decided to not include Hundeprutten
Exactly

They're great family rides.

It's surprising they haven't built more.
Spot on Mike, 100%.
Thanks!
Let’s just say that Wicked literally shot its way to the top
Yes it did.
You should make a youtube short on the the top 1 best dog fart coasters
Lol, I'm trying to avoid shorts so they don't clutter up the channel.

I'm glad others are trying the vertical launch now too.
Legoland: "I'm going to make this guy's career."
They work together a lot.
The dragon coaster is also at legoland florida !
Different layout and manufacturer.
I think impulse should be on this list but otherwise it’s solid
Impulse is on there at 5.
I don’t have any zierer coasters in my cred list and I have no clue what would be my first. Probly the kiddie coaster at swo and bgt
That would make sense.
Verbolten #1. My home park
That's a great ride.
Put the dog fart coaster as a HM because we all knew it would be #1
Exactly
Why did they change the track system to tubular steel ? I preferred their older models with the flat i-beam steel track.
Probably for longevity.
May mindbender at galaxy land rest in piece
RIP
Did you say Invirgins? 😂
Legoland Florida also has that same dragon coaster.
The Legoland Florida location has the same dark ride bit, but the coaster section is a different manufacturer and not as intense.
"It's the 8th wonder of the world" 😂😂
Truly is.
That coaster transcends any list. "Transcends", what does that mean?
Goes above.
Wait Verbolten is Zierer? I thought it was an intamin
Yes it is Zierer.
@@CanobieCoaster gives of very Intamin vibes with the track and especially the final drop.
Jet Line at Grona Lund looks like a clone of Knightmare that was at Camelot theme park, or is Knightmare relocated?
It's very similar.
@@CanobieCoaster I think a clone of that coaster would work very well at a lot of family theme parks.
I’m not sure how many of those Zierer Tivoli Models I’ve ridden
There are a ton of them.
I cannot fairly rate, what does that mean?
I can't give an appropriate ranking.
I like verbolten
Me too.
wicked is tryue number 1
Wicked is up there.
Liseberg banana🤣
Probably butchered that pronunciation.
@@CanobieCoaster you drag out the first a, vocalizing it as 2 a's
and the second and n are short
it means the liseberg track btw
How many Zierer coasters are and were there in the world with shin guards?
Wicked and Impulse have them. I can't list all their coasters that have them.
