Nobody screws with the Gallaghers.

Carl the only cop who truly understood community policing.
Natural po-lice
right. it's not about harm eradication, it's about harm reduction
@@CleganeDondarrion because ultimately, it’s about protecting your people, and not Us v.s. Them.
@@matasa7463100%
Carl and Liam are the only Gallaghers who are cool, calm, and collected
I love Carl’s redemption arc throughout the series
Ian is when he’s on his meds. He’s pretty good in a crisis as long as he is medicated and Mickey isn’t in trouble. Is Mickey is in danger all bets are off because he would do anything for him.
If his of his meds his joker personality takes over@@allshookup1640
Noel Gallagher was a better musician tho
Calmer than I would've been. Not sure how he didn't pull on his own partner here.
Yea the older ones got fucked up and the youngest ones learned to not be them
1:27 Carl is street smart. He knows which people are less likely to cause chaos in his neighborhood.
He does! Which could be to his advantage as a cop! Plus the cop with him needed to be better.
Carl was my favorite character. He had a good heart
Poor Miss June. She’s a very nice lady. And Officer Janes gave her a hard time. At least Carl was nice enough to give her stuff back. Her clothes and her hair wig. 😊
What kind of wig would it be if it wasn’t a hair wig ? Lol 😂
@@ChiefKene oh
Honestly I would’ve given her stuff back too
"You really expect me to repeat all that?"
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Carl is a real one
Correction he is a person.
Carl is definitely cut out for the force.
Ethan Cutkosky is a great actor. He portrays Carl's position perfectly.
Carl's a good kid. I would've reported everything that's happened and quit if someone acted out like this
Lol what about people who commit crime and acted out on a cop for doing their job, she was warned 3 times from the sound of it. Never listened I imagine, and we’re talking about people who defend guys like Frank or Fiona online over a tv show. Meanwhile Fiona yelling at Jimmy for not digging up the body in her backyard shows how toxic these people are. Or Debbie shlaping that one dude, lol meanwhile Cops can’t be human but Shlapists, and grave diggers that leave coke out for infants get a pass. Lol this show, and its fans are pretty rich, almost funnier than the show. Either way point being Civilians do take their frustration out on cops just cause they “knew someone” who got arrested for committing actual crimes and the fear rubs off easy on smooth brains. Lol I would think someone with a Naruto picture who watched what happened socially too the Uchiha would be able to grasp such a similar concept? Hey though maybe you missed that part?
@@davepumphernickel9568 Damn, you got real butthurt over that one, lol.
@@davepumphernickel9568 dude it's just a show. Chill tf out. Obviously you're butthurt and too invested into something by over analyzing it
@@davepumphernickel9568dude it's just a show. Chill tf out and calm your tits. You're way too invested in it and over analyzing the whole thing. Clearly someone's butthurt about one little comment instead of minding their own business over one's opinion
'thank you officer gallagher' will never fail to make me tear up
😢 So , I am not the only one...❤❤
That officer is WAY out of line. What she did was wrong and illegal. I would be reporting her IMMEDIATELY if I saw her doing that to her. She has NO business being a police officer. She gives legitimate officers who actually want to help people a horrible name.
Almost like it’s a tv show…
Why are you so offended 😂😂 it’s a show, it’s not real❤
@user-ut7md3un4n it's not the fact it's a tv show, but more so that People kinda build an emotional connection while watching a show, just like sports, though sports are real people get angry excited all that stuff similar with TV shows yes it isn't real but we get immersed that's why
@@User54-i9ga TV show basing a scene off real events... Why is that a hard concept for you?
@@User54-i9g the problem is that those shit happen in real life, and we got terabytes of video data to support it
I’d change the title. That Carl kid is a better cop than his partner
This was straight up bs. Making her strip like that, totally uncalled for. Abuse of power.
I felt so bad, but it was sweet of Carl to give them back
It is also VERY illegal. She wasn’t doing anything openly. Tackling her like that, pinning her against a wall, taking her stuff, making her strip, pulling a GUN when they were in no danger, so many levels of not okay and illegal. She could easily have said that she had those cigarettes in her purse because she bought them and that’s how she carries. They didn’t see her selling. They can’t prove that’s why she had them.
I’d be reporting that cop IMMEDIATELY if I saw that! She has NO business being an officer! NO business at all!
That police force is famously corrupt so it's not a very big stretch from the truth
@@allshookup1640 this is the problem in this country. Cops that behave like this, and a government that is ok with it. That there is the problem.
I wasn’t even expecting that female cop to do that wtff, i was actually supporting the female cop, really felt like “The Boys” seeing ur heroes suddenly go straight up evil
in this video all i'm seeing is how carls partner isn't cut out for the police. she does all this crooked and corrupt shit and carl is just left on the side to watch
Seeing how corrupt all police departments are, I’ll say Carl’s partner IS cut out for the profession
Ironically, Leesie's actress plays an Ethics professor in The Rookie.
And Brandon Routh played a cop just like Leesie's on the Rookie.
@@omarcogle1965
No, racism is worse than being corrupt. Because they ACTUALLY believe they're good. And that just makes then stupidly dangerous.
Even though Carl became a cop he knew these streets better than the police do and he has the brain for street smarts. Carl knew the pros and cons. Let's give officer Gallagher a big hand! 👏👏👏👏👏😁👮♂️
4:13 one of the best scenes of humanity… gotta love Carl !
If you ask me he's pretty tactical about his decisions, because he's right drug dealers won't go away and it's always better that the one selling isn't soulless either. Also what the other cop did is highly illegal I'm pretty sure you can't pull your real firearm against an unarmed assailant. Even if it was a stun gun they'd need to see some physical aggression first before they can shoot. Cops are always like "words don't count as assault" but most cops would probably shoot someone over some verbal insults.
that cop would lose her bag and job if carl arrested her or nowadays caught it on camera (becoming stricter by the year on the cameras). possible even get arrested but most likely not do to the all powerful hold of the corrupte police union.
the reason why cops like this are even in the force is because they know their almost untouchable
Carl has the best character development.
Facts. Considering how violent of a child he started out? Feels good to see the growth
The end is why Carl belongs on the police force. He's the cop that will go back and help fix as much as he can
Carl is an indictment on policing as a whole. He’s a prime example of what policing SHOULD BE, his partner is what policing IS. I’m a firm believer that cops should police the communities they come from because it allows for more empathy and validates their reasoning for becoming officers to begin with: to fix the problems they see wrong in their communities. Do that and it’s a guarantee crime rates will drop and there will be less excessive force and police v society violence
Carl is literally ready to be a detective.
He has the street smarts and contacts on the street to handle all of that.
And I hope he becomes one.
Carl is the only cop that’s cut out for the force.
The line at 2:58 is WILDDDD
Lmao “you really expect me to repeat all that?”
The problem is not in Carl but in the way the police and laws work..
He cared about her feelings . ✨💯🙏🏽❤️
When you care about ur block! ❤❤❤
Carl has always been a good being! Even as a kid. I'm rewatching Shameless again haha. He's soo small in season 1 😂😂 it's amazing how they got the same cast just grown up throughout the seasons
Carls partner is a dirty cop
Carl got a good heart ❤️
Carl's a sweetheart.
God, I miss this show. I'm still broken that Fiona wasn't in the ending
Same! She wasn’t even mentioned when Frank was talking about his kids at the end of the finale 😢
@@bubba67 I'm pretty sure he mentioned her. I still remember it
I’m pretty sure it ended that way because Fiona’s actress was lowkey a bitch and was mean to most of the crew when things didn’t go her way or well for that matter. Debbie’s actress openly stated it in an interview. Not about why she was left out but why they don’t speak anymore which is also why she prolly want in the finale
If only more cops could be like Carl. Hell, just more *people* out here acting like Carl could change things on the street.
Correction, Carl isnt cut out for 'Corrupt Police force' respecting people when down on their luck is the RIGHT thing to do.
When you realize that gangsters are choir boys compared to Murikan police.
Not the Wanda wig!!! 😂 BLESS HAH! BLESS HAH!
Now there's a real police
2:56 haha you thought the cop could push "her"
This is when he get name Officer Gallagher ❤❤❤
WTF is wrong with Carl’s partner?
She’s a c u next Tuesday smh
A control freak who thinks she's tough sh*t cuz she's got a gun and a badge.
I understand that cops gotta be tough to do their jobs and to get respect sometimes, but she didn't even try the nice approach before going out of pocket.
She's a cop that puts her ego above her job. This is the perfect representation of why people hate cops and Carl is the perfect representation of an actual good cop. friendly with the community, knows the neighborhood, puts his community first. goddamn shameless was great
Egomaniac
She angry.
That’s a bad cop
Change the title, Carl cuts the crap and knows how to be a good community cop.
2:57😂
4:05
Carl💯
FIONA?!!! FROM THE ROOKIE
AS IN THE CRIME ACTIVIST 😤
0:41😂
0:22
0:38
Carl should be in politics, anything on the State level, he'd be killer!!
Carl is a G my kinda guy
That was me as a officer. Had a real jerk partner
Cops like her are why cops wear body cams
See, I would not have been able to sit by and let someone do that in front of me, rookie or not!!! I don't care what someone does!!! You do not abuse your authority, and you treat everyone with dignity!!!
This is why cops are now on body cam.
What season is it?
Unlike the female cop, Carl isn't a bully
Of course carl can't be a cop....he's still human
Most people they respect Carl and his own family. Not that police woman who being disrespectful to the people. 😡
Carl was way to good to be placed with such a crappy cop i truly hated how disrespectful she was as a trainer 😔 carl deserved better
That little woman can push that big woman around. Shows like this only build up more hate towards cops and build up an delusion that small women can take down someone bigger than them
if only more cops came from real places
Seems pretty good to me
Whats her ig?
pretty sure they dont let 18 yr olds on the force wtf
I know this is a TV show but how does this Carl get into the force? The vetting process would've picked up his family and his history with the police let alone jail time so that would of stop him straight away.
Yeah, it kinda depends, I knew the guy doing backgrounds for a department, he said honesty and them wanting you is what really matters, they have ways to get felons into the academy, very similar to waivers in the military.
For some reason, all the cops in the show is kinda corrupt and shady. In the show, many police officers are just impressed by Carl's loyalty and eagerness to do shady stuffs for them (and he also succeeds) so they use many loopholes in the system to get him in.
The Gallaghers were known to fake their identity and age hell Ian even gave the military his brothers Lips name because he was underaged
Bold of you to assume police depts. give a shit when hiring new people, how do you think they end up with so many lawsuits? lol
The younger the siblings, the better they become. Because the older protects the younger
People see me and they give me stuff..... That all goes into a black hole....
Everything but my social security and the money that I make panhandling gets stolen by that crime family.......
I mean, at first she was just willing to give her a warning.
Though she went off too hard when she made her strip.
Ok, this woman is unstable. In my country Norway this person would be arrested and in prison.
That female officer wouldve lost her job if she delt with me.
Lol that's it? She would've lost her life with me
I think Ian gave them lips name again
?
I dont know boss, seems like a pretty good cop to me.
What she abuse people on the streets fo no reason and u calling her a good cop she a bad cop cops like her needs to be in jail day whole life she whoesel then those people crooked ahh pigs dat killed tyree nicels
This show gives light on how bad chocago polive really are.
so not cool mam
Chicago cops act just like this….
SOOOO, That's a MAN right?! The voice is off, and if I got to guess its a yes!
Carl joining the police force was a really stupid plot line
It makes sense for young carl to want to ether be a gang member/drug dealer, or a courupt cop with how he is/acts pre-milliary school/training, on the other hand after his “glowing up” arch he really would think (due to the endoctrination of the military people) that cops are good this is him relearning that ALL cops are bastards
Not really Carl always wanted to be a part of something he joined a gang then he joined military school then the police force.
@@AngelicMistyStorm I'm not saying him wanting to be a cop is dumb I'm saying the arc was really poorly written
that ole lady getting shot and nobody stopping to see about her really phucked himup
@@GamerSlayer5000 I know like 3 former drug dealers who became cops. I havent seen the show but i doubt its unrealistic.
hes a criminal... him selling loose cigarettes outside the actual store , where the owner actually HAS a license & pays all kinds of $$$$ in taxes... Him in the yellow top is taking food out of the store owners mouth & then he had the nerve to mouth off F him
Yeah, sure, because a few dollars out of the owners mouth, who I guess owns a house and makes way more FROM SELLING OTHER ITEMS, is gonna be reslly poor because the homeless trans person is selling cigarrettes at his door 👀🤦♀️
Carl had the most unrealistic worst arc in the show. terrible actor too
Is that a man?
Such a weird and incredibly unrealistic portrayal of police
Not at all 💀 Corrupt cops DEFINITELY exist.
@@meloquito k, and?
@Milton_Friedmanite and? It's not unrealistic at all if this kinda people exists, sweetie 😚
@@dulcemunoz5491 just because something exists doesn’t make it “realistic”.
A Jewish nazi who lives in a cave and doesn’t do anything may exist, doesn’t make it good writing or realistic.
I’m sure the police in your suburb are very kind to you 👮♂️
Carls police partner was abusive and got off on it.
