Hey Sis. Please I tried today to apply to a French university using ecandidat .When I tried to apply to a programme, it said “you cannot apply for this training program, it is outside of the preference-declaration period”. What does this mean???
The application deadline has passed.
Wait till late this year or early next year when it reopens for new intake to try again

They can open anytime from October/ Nov/Dec depending on the school but by July & August mostly it’s closed because resumption is September.
