I was watching another video but the lady was moving too fast and wasn't explaining enough. I'm so glad I found this video. You made it look so easy and explained everything so well. Thank You
Thank you so much. I’ve been looking for the perfect simple stitch for my granddaughter’s blanket. I have lots of yarn so this is perfect. And you’re the perfect teacher. You go slow and explain everything. I’ll come to you for my next idea for a blanket. 👍🏼
Finally I found this pattern! So grateful you have this posted. I started a blanket with this pattern years ago and couldn’t remember how to do the stitch. I have been searching forever for this! Yay! Thanks so much. Such a beautiful and easy pattern.
Thank you for this video. I have viewed a zillion videos to come to the perfect stitch for a very special afghan and a few scarves for gifts. I am so excited to use this stitch. This is something I am using now. I love it. Blessings to you ♥️ Jo Anne from Sherwood Arkansas
@@mirmirs I'm not sure exactly how many chains, but you need to ignore the first and last stitch, those are to create the side borders, you only need the Vs in the pattern

i did this with multi color yarn - great
Could I do more rows of single crochet to start with and end with so it looks like a border ?
Yes, you can do that, you can also just crochet around your project, it's like a long round row and in the corners you crochet twice the stitches

How do I do this in a round as in like let’s say a makeup pouch 4 inches wide?
You follow the same pattern but you don't do the beginning and end stitch and that makes it seamless.
@@CraftingHappinessCrochet So does it mean I just chain multiples of 3 and ignore the chain 2 as a starting point?

Thanks so much for the vido God Bless

Hello. I want to make a baby blanket 36 inches wide. How many chains do I have to do to make the v stitch to get a 36 wide blanket? Thank you.
Hi, you need to make a swatch and see how many stitches you have per 10cm then multiply to your desired length (but keep in mind the repeats)
@@CraftingHappinessCrochet thank you, I'll give it a go. Looking forward to it 🙂
What yarn did you use for your thumbnail sample?
it's deramores studio aran, you can see all the details and links to the yarn here craftinghappiness.com/crochet-cluster-v-stitch-tutorial-with-video/
Nice madam...... now im going to try this one.......
On the first round, you accidentally said make a single crochet on the very last stitch, supposed to be double crochet ♥️
