The recording stopped there because that’s when I hit the record last 30 seconds button on my series x controller. 2: It’s been like 2 years so I don’t remember 100% but I’m pretty sure this was like his first time playing forza on a sim rig? Which makes it understandable why he drove off but a thousand times more impressive that he actually landed the drift. He didn’t really freak out at the time, both of our reactions were kinda muted due to the fact he was absolutely fighting for his life up there to keep the car in control with the near default forza wheel settings lmao. Wasn’t much of a race though, we were just casually doing downhill runs like we did hundreds of times before, just getting him used to having a wheel, after one downhill we both silently agreed to just keep going and race down to the coast and alongside it, but it was a rather casual cruising with no real definitive start or end. But those were the days, launch of FH5, just doing downhill runs constantly and nothing else, good times, and lots of memories came from it
