Sir I just go through all your Interview videos I felt sorry for those who came from Commerce as well as Arts students which you not Mentioning in your series but overall your videos are awesome thanks....
Your videos are very helpful sir. Thanks a lot. Plzzzz Make such more videos. I have ibps po interview on 6 feb. i will be very thankfull to you n Your team.
The best interview guidance . Sincere thank you for your efforts sir :) PS --just a small request , please show the full posture of the candidate. Like the position of legs and hands etc . Give your valuable suggestions on it too.
Sir, you are doing a great job. Sir, I have a question, after my Btech Computer Science(2014 pass-out), I got job offers from few IT companies through campus placement and I joined one of them, but after working there for 1 month, I left my job as I always wanted to go for banking sector and as I could not balance my banking preparation side by side along with my job.So I had to leave my job.I didn't receive experience letter as they had a bond period for minimum 1 year. Now I'm finally called for IBPS PO interview 2017.Please, sir kindly suggest me how to tackle questions like "what did you do since 2014?why you had the gap?" as I didn't mention about my job in my resume/application form as I don't have experience letter, only have their offer letters. Please, sir kindly help me.
Hi Arpita, Please tell them the truth, highlighting the fact that you had a few job offers but chose to pursue a career in banking instead. Also, do talk about value addition in these 2 years, whatever form it may be in.
Thank you so much, sir, for your valuable suggestion.I was very confused about these types of questions.Few people said "you are doing mistakes because this year gap can be harmful in case of your interview. So better to join somewhere." etc etc.Sir one more thing, should I mention that I joined one company or should I just say I had offers but I didn't join anywhere to pursue my career in banking instead??and sir can your please explain your last line?Didn't get that part.
1. Any of the two would work. Choose whichever you think you can pull off more convincingly. Would suggest stating the truth. 2. Value addition can happen in many ways while preparing for an exam - your general awareness, personality, problem solving skills, language ability etc. All these things definitely make you a better person and a better professional, even if you leave the core purpose of getting into a bank aside.
Thank you, sir, for explaining so nicely. Seriously great help. You cleared each and every single student' doubts.A true teacher should be like you. You're saying any of the two would work. But don't you think that they may ask cross questions if I say I joined somewhere. They may ask if you really wanted to pursue your career in banking sector, why did you prefer to join the IT industry?
You can handle cross questions easily. You can say that you were still confused at that time. Being a computer engineer, an IT company becomes your natural choice, isn't it? You may say you were always inclined towards banking, but your belief strengthened after working in an IT company for a month - "This isn't something I would want to do for the rest of my life." Frame the thoughts clearly in the form of an answer, cross question yourself, then find their answers. It's a process...
I have huge communication prblem sir.I cant communicate to people as I have always seculed myself from people.I don't know how I will handle. What an interview 👌👌👌👌👌👌
At least ask some questions related to mechanical engineering sir .please .i am in a predicament about what type of questions the panel will pose the aspirants.
Rajesh, Don't worry about that. Just google it; you would find a lot of stuff to prepare. And remember, no list would be exhaustive. Also, do one or two subjects thoroughly. That should do. Rest of the questions remain the same for all the engineers...
Sir i am engg graduate...but i didnt like it at all....and could not get a placement there...then i started preparing for bank jobs ..then if they start asking me about my engg background...how should i tackle it???😢
sir kya aap kisi chemistry student ka interview upload kr skte ho.. actually i want to know what kind of questions can be asked from him/her. it would really help me alot in preparing for my interview.
If I were there in the panel......I would have payed him more than the expected pay...if possible.....wow....that was an excellently prepared candidate!!
what i believe is IAS mock interviews are significantly tougher than ibps, so prepare for IAS TYPES and i am sure you'll crack it in the very first attempt only.
Sir your are very confidence and you won't show nervous in your part you know exactly about that as well as apart from that can you suggest us how you capable of producing it as well as learning
Hello ABHISHEK SIR, sir how can we form opinions on what going around us , i mean opinion on current affairs..there are chances of making wrong opinions. ... Will " letter to the editor " be helpful that appears in " The Hindu " newspaper ... plsss answer sir
One question, after my graduation i did freelancing web development for an year and then from last 7 months i have been preparing for bank exams so, while telling them about myself should i mention them .... about my past freelancing experience, as it also involved team work & deadlines. however i couldn't mention that experience while applying as freelancing is not counted ??? Thank YoU!!
Yes, you should mention it at the time of the interview. Any kind of work adds a lot to your personality. Make it known to the panel, what you did and how it made you a better person and professional...
Sir i have two questions still confusing to find solutions I was an electronics engg student 1) Why did you chose banking as your career after pursuing b tech degree? What's the need for an engg degree for banking? I'm frm Kerala, but opting Tamilnadu as cadre for better possibility 2) Why did you chose tamilnadu as your cadre despite you are born and brought up in Kerala(if I have nothing in the CV to prove connection with TN )
Naveen, There are no standard answers to such questions. They vary based on an individual's profile. Please watch our interview sessions on this channel. You will be able to frame a good answer for yourself...
Great interview given by this person...but i don't konw interview is for know person...but each and every person did not speak 100%true in interview he gives universal answer what all gives... And in reality he doesn't really behave like that in day to day life...and interviewer also ask such questions which have universal answer... And student also give that answer.... I think ( i don't say i am good person in interview) that interviewer ask such questions so that person give real time answer what his opinion in reality...Not a universal answer ... Because here student also give that answer which they read not about their opinion.
sir this is very helpful for all the fresher .. sir I did my 10+2 in 2008 with biology stream after that I went for pre medical course but I couldn't succeed it n I use to continue for pmt exam for 4 year . but in 2012 I got a selection in bsc (Hons) with agriculture stream recently in 2016 I completed my graduation n now I called for ibps afo interview. I'm worried about what should I say when they asked me about those 4 years of drops .. pls help me sir ...
Speak the truth; you hardly have a choice. It's not like they won't take a candidate like that. If asked about this gap, don't get jittery, speak with conviction, admit what went wrong, what you learnt from that phase, and how you could have done better. Tell them indirectly that it is history now, and you have moved much beyond that. Try to drive the interview towards other, positive parts of your profile/personality.

Every interview would be different. If everything went well, stick to the introduction you used in the RRB interview. You still can't predict what they would ask in IBPS interview. hello sir, I am also from electrical and electronics background but I took seven years to complete my engineering. I want to be honest about my shortcomings but I am afraid that it might create a negative impact on the panel. can you suggest me a politically correct answer so as not to get into troubled waters in the beginning of the interview?
Don't mention it yourself, even if you want to be honest. Try to avoid the issue. If it comes up during the course of the interview, admit it, and explain.
Sir, my reasons in reality are very dramatic. I coudn't handle my break up with my high school sweetheart because of long distance relationship. Got into depression and didn't care much about my future. At the end of fourth year I had accumulated 11 backlogs and didn't have enough courage to be in college and study for it. I was good at poker so started playing that professionally for two years until one day regretted my decision and felt bad about letting my parents down. So went back to my college and cleared those backs and that took me one year to do it and completed that in June 2017. After that I am preparing for banking and got selected Ibps po interview. I got selected after all. Presently working in Andhra bank as a probationary officer. They pointed out my engineering failure in the beginning only but didn't want an explanation. Also I answered confidently to all the answers with an accuracy of 90 percent. I didn't answer 5 of 20 questions but didn't guess also. Told them politely that I didn't know.
Sir in interview can I speak in local language or keep it in English?
Language won't matter much. If you are comfortable with English, then English, otherwise a language that the panel can understand.
Sir ..are you saying seriously that language does not matter? ..I know English how to read ,write and understand it well ..but don't feel comfortable to speak now I am preparing for sbi po 2018 .. Sir plz help
