While Mideast people have one or two meals only per day . Of course there is an exemption but generally speaking Mideast people eat less frequently and between two meals the break time qualify for called fasting ..

Did you know that Mid East people have the highest sugar consumption worldwide? But the have lowest diabetic level.. because the are fasting everyday.
