- Studio 64 is thrilled to share with you 1/64 scale collectors this 2021 casting from Briscale Model; the 1955 Mercedes Benz 300SL. And yes... there are openings in this casting. Hope you enjoy!
The only issue I have when I am watching your videos is that I always forget to grab some popcorn first :)
This model is absolutely sublime...so hard to believe it is 1/64 scale..
🍿👋🏽😃 Thanks for checking it out. One of my first videos and indeed one of my favorite models. Huge fan of the 300SL. Cheers!
Tiene licencia de Mercedes??? No veo logos en la caja ?
Is this better than PGM?
I don't own a PGM still but I think they might be similar in detail and quality based on the other videos I've seen on PGM.
They roll or?
Hi NZ. It does roll but not that smoothly. Thanks for checking it out. 🙏🏽
is the base made of leather?
I think its made of plastic on second look. But it sounds aluminum though.
@@Studio64diecasts i mean the acrylic box base 😂
@@ronalddavidasagra9237 Oh ok... Yes it does have a white leather cover. I'm quite certain its synthetic leather though. Cheers!😎
@@Studio64diecasts thanks!
I would have bought this if the hood and trunk didn't open. The panel gaps are too big and most would only display it with the doors open. Great review though.
Thank you for your comment SMC (Small Model Collector) much appreciated. Great reviews as well on your channel. Cheers mate!

Nice little review! This looks pretty nice for the scale, especially with the gullwing doors open. I collect 1-43 & just ordered a spark version of this car, unfortunately the doors don't open but the models that do have poor detailing or proportions.
Thanks Tom! Appreciate your comment. Indeed, I have other brands of the 300SL in 1:64 and this is the first opening door I came across. 1:43 is a great scale to collect actually. Lots of options especially with Minichamps. I'm pretty sure they'll come out with an opening door version of the 300SL in 1:43... heck they did it in 1:64! Happy Collecting! Cheers!
@@Studio64diecasts Schuco make a reasonable looking SL300 in various colours in 1:43, with opening doors & is the best bet in that scale that opens. The spark one I can confirm is a very high quality appearance even being sealed shut
Very good. Where it made
Thank you. The car is made in China.
,,salam kenal yaa,,👋
senang bertemu denganmu juga. terima kasih telah menonton videonya. 🙏🏽👍🏽
No gloves when handling? So disrespectful
this chassis is metal or plastic??
Hi Burhan. Sorry for the late reply. Chassis feels and sounds the aluminum kind.
