- This is our Road Trip to Yelagiri Hills from Bengaluru. On the way we got Pumpkin Leaves and we cooked in our camper van. Explored Nature park and Yelagiri lakes. It was wonderful ride in Monsoon.

The thing I really like about your videos , a happy family where everyone is enjoying, kid is eating vegetables with parent without any fuss. The last but not the least, you dont need fancy car to travel , you only need right mentality to travel.. one can go to ladakh with an Alto if he is mentally fit. Kudos to your work.

In Karnataka we eat specially in village side , make sambar with ragi ball it is great combination.... In bengalore they eat . No a days difficult get that leaves I we add avarebele along pumpkin leaves

Now the Malayalam month is Karkidakam. In Karkidakam, Malayalees (keralites) eat a lot of leafy vegetables. Pumpkin leaves have a prominent place in it. Glad to see that you who are from Orissa and living in Bangalore are also curating pumpkin leaves. Malayalees also observe Karkitaka month as Ramayana month. The entire Ramayana is read in this month.
Jai Jagganatha Srikanthadaa I'm Bengali and we eat pumpkin leaves with potatoes by adding a paste of posto. It tastes great with rice.we make it a chachori it's heavenly delicious. Thanks Dada and Boudi for sharing.
Pumpkin leaves used to eat in north east n west bengal mostly. Its a tasty n nutritious food. It's stems also used in daal to eat.

It's a real fun exploring new areas with u all over India.....in this trip you cooked pumpkin leaves yes that is a very common dish in gharwal and is called TUKLU. I know this as my wife is from gharwal but I am from punjab. The food u cook is most of your vlog is quite similar to uttarakhand culture....best of luck for ur future vlogs...I will keep watching ur vlogs. I am a nature lover and mostly I would like to visit cold mouuntanious terrains like Manal This is a dream for me , I don't know wether it can be full filled or not ...let's hope that even I would be able to do this in future as currently I don,t have enough resources to do this .
