Namco actually gave tekken a last chance with tekken 7. Hence, a lot of budget cuts happened while making it. Thank God it survived and we got tekken 8.

The first Mishima dojo was in Tekken 2, Heihachi’s stage. Jin’s stage in T3 and Tag1 is literally the balcony of the T2 stage. You can see the same statues in the Arcade version of Tag1, the doors being open
Literally most look and sound better in the older games. Music in T8 is too much for me and not memorable at all. I mean look at the "serene forest" one, ( 03:26 ) it looks amazingly mystic and has that otherworldly feel in the old game and then in the new one it's just a jumbled mess. I think the focus is too much on better graphics and more details when really the human eye and brain appreciates simplicity more. The old games look and sound better to me. Now in T8 when I play I usually turn down the volume cause the music is just too much. Tracks aren't even that memorable. And do note that's not nostalgia speaking, I wasn't even born when most of the older games were released.
Most of these dead wrong, especially the ones comparing places with actual listed locations in T1-Tag and comparing the Mishima Estate/Jin's training dojo to the Howard Estate.

Im not sure if i saw correctly. In Tekken 8 ut like the floating their feets are not touching ground. Yet on other tekken games their feet are touching tbe ground and you can see tbe balance in them
