it is brake pads issue . Can cleary see the scoring marks in the front Brake disk. You can change the pads and drive and later change the disc/rotor as well and pads again. for now changing the pad will fix the problem

Also with regards to Sohan’s damaged passport why don’t you contact the Indian Embassy there. They can issue a replacement passport which can be attached the damaged passport (which has the visas).

You cannot do that, you will need residence documents of that country. Indian embassy can provide you a temp passport to exit the country that too in the case the MZR code is not scannable in the immigration system.
