Hey I just wanted to thank for this video it helped me to fix my S3 from boot loop. At first it didnt seem to fix but after I used compressed air directly to power switch it magically stopped booting itself automatically. To anyone reading this: If your phone goes into bootloop right after you insert the battery it means the power switch is stuck - even if it still bounces back normally. You can check it by pressing volume + home button same time (no need to press power button as its already stuck and it should show the download mode for short period of time.
I replaced my s3 after it started doing the bootloop and it had been collecting dust for almost 2 years. Yesterday I decided to try recover my old pics and now its working again - im so happy lol!
Hi Ron, I'm glad the video helped get a little bit of life back into your phone. Its also really good to hear that you were able to recover your photos.
no need to replace the power button if its REALLY the problem, fix to that is that you bring some OIL which comes with the electric shaving machine and put very tiny drop around it n on it, leave it for few minutes and it will work like charm. tried it on my HTC desire 816.
Replace the power button?! I think that would be the solution to my phone, since the power button is literally not even on the phone and I’ve been using a pencil to turn it on/off Or maybe I just broke the phone with the pencil
Tried the banging method while watching this and it fixed it. Thank u bruv

I’m a kid so I can’t do this
I don’t have a screwdriver, and idk how to do that without damaging the phone
It's probably best to try take it to a professional to get fixed then. Sorry I couldn't help anymore
@@GordonRudman it’s fine
I guess I’ll ask my mom to get it repaired then
I am a kid too and idk how to do it without breaking the phone too
Remove Bettry for 15 Minutes. and than open Odin to Update Recovery. Check it 100% working
