      Thank you.
      This was recorded using only a 20 D lens and smartphone (Galaxy note 8) in video mode with flash on,
      with practice anyone should be able do it. :-)

    Hello doctor can i do exercise after holes repaired barrage? Is it possible me to running and weight lifting? My doctor said you have to do exercise? What is your opinions

    • @eyeamnikhil
      @eyeamnikhil  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there, better to follow the advice of primary treating doctor who knows the exact state of your condition and treatment and therefore would be in a better position to suggest. Giving an opinion without examining you would be inappropriate.
      Best wishes for recovery.

    Sir,after laser barrage is there any chance of development of hole or tear in that particular area or not?
    Also for high myopic patients after laser barrage for retinal detachment do they have to do no running,long jump any exercise for their whole life

    • @eyeamnikhil
      @eyeamnikhil  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Ankit,
      Generally three rows of laser barrage is done around a hole/tear to prevent any extension,
      whether it would extend beyond that would depend on a lot of factors,
      So it would be best to discuss with your consulting Ophthalmologist who has done the examination+barrage and assess the risk benefit ratio of the physical workout you want to do,
      thanks, take care.

      Hello ankush ,, it's been 4 years now , so have u understood the level of physical exertion required? Or have u completely stopped your exercise like running and jumping?

    Sir I have so many eye floaters but my doctor said it just okay and there's no retinal hole.it makes me anxiety 😢

    • @eyeamnikhil
      @eyeamnikhil  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Having floaters is quite common, in absence of retinal hole there is nothing to worry. So relax, and have follow up checkups as advised. :-)

    Sir what is the treatment of retinal hole

    • @eyeamnikhil
      @eyeamnikhil  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Vivek,
      Some retinal holes (breaks) do not require any treatment, for others which do require treatment laser barrage and cryopexy can be done.

    Retina checkup without sceleral depression ....can check out any retinal tear or detachment with indirect opthmalascopy...
    Plzz reply ..

    • @eyeamnikhil
      @eyeamnikhil  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      retinal lesions which are in extreme periphery can be picked up only after scleral indentation,
      without scleral indentation some lesions can be missed
