not you uploading your soup video while I'm making my winter minestrone with carrots, celery, onion, garlic, white beans, miso paste and the good old german wirsing and schwarzkohl 🥬
AND from soup master to soup master, if you want a creamier consistency put ~300g of white beans aside and blend them with some water, veggie stock + miso paste (if you like the taste), then add to the soup
