Its sad how someone can say something nice about someone and then in an instance say something negative that squashes the positive. If somebody put our private lives out there we would be very upset.
Yeah, to me Michael Nader will always be the "real" Dimitri. He reprised the role on the short-lived Prospect Park AMC reboot and remained on the show until it was cancelled. But Anthony I'll admit is more believable as Edmund's brother, especially his voice and his inflections. I can't believe all three of those actors (Anthony Addabo, John Callahan, and Michael Nader) have passed away. Ironically, Nader was the longest-lived of the three of them despite his lifelong struggles with drugs, as well as being HIV-positive. According to his daughter Lindsay, he had lived with HIV for decades, long before he was cast as Dimitri and before Lindsay was born (thankfully it wasn't passed down to her) and was one of the longest known survivors of the virus (his cause of death was an untreatable form of liver cancer). Meanwhile, Anthony Addabbo died in 2016 at age 56 of unknown causes.
@@cajayson8301 Yeah, it had been rumored following his arrest for cocaine possession and subsequent firing from AMC back in 2001, but he denied it at the time. There are articles about it if you Google him. But his daughter confirmed it in her Instagram post shortly following his death. She said he had to keep quiet about it for the sake of his career.

This is likely an unpopular opinion but I liked Anthony Addabbo as Dimitri. Of course, though, I referred Michael Nader
