After watching these videos my impression of these cars is the tire is one of if not the most important thing on these cars. Really awesome stuff. Those FD RX7 are insane I love them.
These cars are so awesome! I love the giant aero adjustments to the vehicles and they are so quick around the circuit! The Japanese car scene is something else!🤩

Are those tyres re-threaded used ones? We have few brands of performance tyres here in Europe which use old tyre shell with new vulcanized thread and they have same delaminating problem when pushed hard. Organisers of some events even ban those tyres because of safety reasons.
I'm a big fan of Bando's Soarer, sounds like its going pretty quick to do a 2:01 at Suzuka. Based on that, what would you expect it to run at SMSP if it ran again there with the current setup? sub 1:25? It was impressive to see it did a 1:29 in 2019, for its first time there I think.
@@ADMaw11 it's still in its infancy as far as development goes, and hasn't yet seen ideal conditions to set times in. I wouldn't be able to accurately guess a time at smsp yet
