It’s great you’re having a good reading year, I am too. My niece just told me about The Collected Regrets of Clover so since you both are so positive about it, I’m going to pick it up. Also, getting The Women from my sister the beginning of July! I wish I could clone myself so I could read more books!
Best reading year for me in quite a while. Up to 45 books so far, my goal is 62 for the year. I typically read historical and contemporary fiction with a few non-fiction scattered in there. This year has been the year of fantasy, I didn't love the first few but the more I read the more enjoy it-just finished The Queen's Rising, currently reading The Eternity Gate with The Familiar up next. I have The Good Sister on my TBR for July.
Hi Angie! I love The Women and Abby Jimenez books soooo much!! The Good Sister is the only Sally Hepworth book I have read so far. But I need to read more of her books soon! Great video! 💜
The measure is the book that has stuck with me the most this year. I keep hearing good things about the collectove regrets of clover so i may need to add it to my list.
I loved The Women. It wasn’t too popular in my book club, but I think it’s because they are younger and have not witnessed or experienced the shift in women’s roles in the military. I also loved The Good Sister. I love your videos (both channels). Thanks for sharing.
🐟 I appreciated the realistic anxiety rep in Yours Truly so much!! I’m not a romance reader, but I loved that book. I’ve had Collected Regrets of Clover for a while, but was worried it was too heavy. Now I’m very excited to read it :) Enjoy your summer reading!
Awesome year so far for you! I've had a great year too, finishing up Mistborn and reading some new favorites like Silverblood Promise. Thanks for sharing the tag!
I've been contemplating reading The Women for quite some time. I'm not much into historical fiction, but the story itself sounds like it would be soooo good. Also, I've been having a great reading year. I had a late start, but my favorite so far has been The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue, which was highly recommended by a friend (turns out she was right.)

Ahh, thank you for the support! That is so interesting about your book club!
I really need to get to The Collected Regrets of Clover!
You really do - please read it!!!
I am a converted Kristen Hannah fan after reading The Women. It was soooo good! I love that I came away a smarter person and I had a good time.
I love it!! I love most of her books ... if you haven't read The Great Alone or The Nightingale - I highly recommend!!
Fun update 🐟🐠
We will read it soon!!!!!
Haha, I'm not worried!

I wouldn't call it too heavy - more thought provoking! Hope you like it!

Ahh, I love Mistborn!
@bookmama26 Me too! Loved the Trilogy! Now I am going to start trying to get through Stormlight Archive to be ready for the new book in December!
Mam, have you read The things we cannot say book?
Not yet!!

I'm not reading a lot of historical fiction these days but I always read the latest Kristin Hannah! Glad you are having a good reading year!
