You should do a huge video series on Celina developments coming Celina to be huge with hopefully retail and business park and office park and major projects for master plan Comunnities and corporate office type jobs
And looking at the only two maps that have been released it looks like where I drive is the exact spot - I believe it’s delayed I saw something one time talk about end of 2022 but I would have expected something to be started by now

@@chuckynorris616 I agree, for dallas local's Celina seems too far with no proper infrastructure. For out-of-state people, it seems they don't care.
Yeah and back in 2005 people said Frisco was way up there north of Dallas with no infrastructure
