That is such a good video. Extremely helpful. The only confusion I have is usually we enroll the devices in Intune admin center by importing the csv file (which contains hardware hash) of that specific device. That device then gets assigned to the user and end user logs in to that device using their corp credentials. But I do not understand how did we import the device in intune in this video. Can you please explain?
I did the same steps, even "Automatic device join was in ready state", still corporate devices were not joined to Azure AD, then I enabled "Enable automatic MDM enrollment using default Azure AD credentials" in group policy, then the devices started to appear in "Corporate Devices" security group in the Azure portal and the configuration policies were applied.
Thanks for your effort as always. Just need to know what if a user joins his/her personal device into Azure AD with his/her corporate credential? will the device be treated as corporate? If yes how do I prevent that ? Suppose we are not using hybrid AD - only Azure AD.
I guess you missed out an important point in the training video. What exactly trigger the corporate-owned windows device to automatically enroll with InTune after joining AZURE AD, it is not clear in this training video. It is the user (bob) account which have InTune enrollment license assigned ?
Could you please explain how to make windows 10 pro machines upgrade automatically to enterprise? When upgraded they go back from enterprise to pro. Appreciate your smooth and organized explanations 🤍
You can create a configuration profileto use windows 10\templates\edition upgrade and mode switch. If you have a KMS server it will hit that and assign your key. If you have a MAK you can add it in as your product key. Then add your assignment group. Add in any applicability rules and click create.

Hello, why do you create groups? Is it necessary ?
Security groups are created to apply permissions to devices in bulk instead of adding it one by one.
@@Office365Concepts thank you for your reply. I’m new to this so I was a bit confused since you can create a configuration profile
Thanks so much

Personal device syncs to Azure AD as registered and corporate device syncs as Azure AD joined

Will Intune work in Work group environment.
Hi Anand, Yes you can manage workgroup devices with Intune.
I do not see the option for 'Alternative actions' on my personal device, I thus cannot join the device to Azure AD
Hi, you need to go to settings, accounts, access work or school, connect.
If device is Azure AD registered will it work or we need to add device as Azure AD joined device.
Hi Anand, you can enroll Azure AD registered devices as well. Thank you.
