The symbol in arabic is not a 7, it’s a unique letter in arabic similar to h but pronounced differently, 7 is used here in the title for the same reason 7 is used in the name 7liwa because it’s pronounced حliwa but we are using 7 for the letter ح.
The case of shayfeen is very blurry as each side had said their sides of the story differrently and other parties that were involved also said differrent versions of the story, bottom line is we cannot say for sure who is telling the truth and who is not, even that there were some screenshots of some conversations that were shown by multiple people we cannot say for sure what is true or not.
