I cannot use it as grab taxi. Passengers are going to make a mess with it and sometimes it stinks. I prefer private driving for formal occasions and business meeting.
The comfort is CVT and is already good enough for Taxi considering we still want to be comfortable while driving taxis. Some Grab cars are more expensive than the Emgrand and manage to be viable. So the Comfort version is already well good enough to be a taxi.

@Santos Tan III The Geely Ph brochure states that it is 122mm, but some car reviewers state it is 155+mm. My question is for clarification. Your response shows your character.
@@markjavier8157 it's 155mm. Its often mistaken to be 122mm like the previous Emgrand that does not have the CMA Architecture but the real ground clearance of the Emgrand brought to the PH is 155mm.
@@mcconellmacapondag4286 Thanks for the info 🙏👍 The higher ground clearance is reassuring for would be owners (considering the condition of many roads in our country).
@Santos Tan III In the case of the Emgrand, since diff sites cited the clearance as 122mm (when it is actually not), it is better to ask actual car reviewers who did actual measurements. Therefore, Google is not always the answer.
I think I saw a post that Geely already allowed to use Emgrand as taxi or for ride sharing apps. Is this a good sign or a bad sign for people who plan on getting this one? :d
Why would it be a bad sign? The taxi companies always get the basic unit anyway. Also if the Taxi companies use it, that means it's as reliable as a Vios.
