Nice video, I want to buy them for Christmas, but I don’t know if it will work with my oculus quest 1. I know that the 2.0 trackers worked with my quest, but is the 3.0 the same?
I have always had my three dongles basically on top of each other and I have never had any issues, however anytime I want to load steam be I have to reconnect my controllers five or six times before they get tracked, I used to assume it was just the controllers connecting to the dongles instead of the headset, but even after disconnecting the dongles I still had the issue, I guess the moral of the story being stuff run by steam work in mysterious ways.
i own a quest 2 and just dropped a little over £700 for 3 trackers and 2 base stations along with some other bits, so its going to be a month of beans on toast for me but ill least ill be in full body while i am eating me beans on toast lol, for years i have always wanted full body and do spend allot of time on vrchat most of my friends on there have full body, i have been using some thing called april trackers and this give decent full body tracking but that was the hook for me to finally buy the vive trackers as there the true daddy of FBT in vr. Great video :)
This is the same for me, picked up a used index full kit and 3.0 trackers. Always wanted full body in VR so I don’t mind eating beans on toast for a while lol
Do i really need five different cables connected to my pc at all times? (3 for trackers, 1 for mouse, and 1 for my headset) what if my pc doesnt have five whole ports ready for it?

Can you (or anyone) guide me on setting these up for blade and sorcery on my Valve Index step by step. I am so frustrated and I spent a shit ton on all this tech. Where are the options on the menu and why is your menu blues and blacks when my menu is browns and yellows. What the heck
Do I need to stay plugged into a PC to use full-body tracking or only for setting it up? With Oculus Quest 2 will I need to stay plugged into a PC or only when setting it up? I’m trying to see which would be better for gaming or even VRChat, on Oculus Quest 2 you do need to stay plugged in through the Link if you want to see custom avatars on PC. Is this the same for Vive?
"Is this the same for Vive?" No, I'm using a Vive Pro (not the Pro 2) with trackers and the wireless adapter, everything works fine. Can't vouch for the Quest, might be too much for it, but since you asked about the Vive as well ...
Bit late, I know. small part of miscommunication, you do NOT need to put your arms up while in the T pose. you do not need to match the controllers to your avatar T pose.
Hi i'm trying to use same product and from the developer guideline, it says it should output 3.3V but the output I have is only around 0.3V. I've searched about this problem on the internet but all of them I found didn't have any updates. I wonder if you could help me out.
If want of the tracket dont want to connect what should I do? I mean they all connect and pair, but no matter what order I turn it ON 3rd one never turn green....
Yes in principle that makes sense but there are easier solutions I suspect. I know YAW VR as an example does the motion correction automatically in their app.
So I can’t connect my third controller the blue light stays on and when I try to pair it it says controllers already paired anyone know how to fix this?
I can get them all to show in steam vr all with green light but enter any game and only the waist tracker works????seriously going to fuck8ng lose it soon
I keep getting this SUPER ANNOYING calibration issue with my 3.0 Trackers where I'll stand perfectly aligned and calibrate, but then when I say, put my feet together in VRC my avatar's feet don't perfectly line up. IE I'll put my two big toes together side by side (not front to front) and they wont line up, or they will line up but when I do a V split with my feet with my ankles still touching, one foot will be further forward then the other, or it will do both annoying problems (in that my two big toes will neither line up and when doing the V split one foot will be further forward then the other by a noticable amount, almost like instead of rotating at the ankle, it's rotating at the front of my foot, which it doesn't always do, and I am wearing my trackers on my feet.) If you can tell me how to stop this annoying problem, I would be super welcoming of the help. It doesn't always do this which is the strangest part of it all, and I can attest that it isn't because of anything in my room being changed, because I never change anything.
@@shadowwolf3864 Nope still does it, only thing I can do to counter it is manually move my tracker orbs within vrc thanks to the update that added such a feature, but even that I'm annoyed with having to do as trying to reach for the orbs within vrc can be annoying.

Personally I think the near future is in AR / XR but I love the current usage of these VR Trackers / Pucks
Do I absolutely need a set of dongles for my Index controllers ?
Do I have to have a light house sender or is base stations enough?
Do somebody know, is it possible to use more than 2 lighthouse trackers to increase the playing zone ? And can I mix version 1 with 2.0?
I know you can use more than 2. However, mixing the 2.0 and 1.0 I don't believe is possible, not entirely sure tho
Thanks, this helped a lot
Glad it was helpful 👍
i don't have a Vive headset I got a Rift S wondering why its saying make sure your headset is connected

Htc or index
