Can I replace fabric without removing awning from wall ?

      Yes you could.
Taking the whole structure down is really heavy and time consuming. However if you can go that way, it should be easier to replace the fabric on the floor. Hard labor to put it up again.
There are more videos that will show you how to change it, and never have to bring the heavy awning down. You should have an easy time on finding more youtube videos on this subject.

Without hurting anyone’s feelings, can I have a custom Sunbrella canopy made for this? What is the weight difference? Or is there some other specification where this fabric is so different Sunbrella won’t work? Thanks in advance to anyone who can answer.

looks easy on video, too bad the new fabric has stitching half way thru at 4 ft mark on a 8ft wide fabric, IMPOSSIBLE to slide fabric into roller tube with spline in fabric because of stitching, sent fabric back poor design

I had a local guy sew up mine because it was four inches too wide. Still had to slice open the end to reuse the spline from the old awning cover. You have to enter the spline through the correct end to make sure it goes all the way through. Sorry you sent yours back already, made mine work but I won't be buying any more of their products.

@@mikesmith5683 Hey Mike, what kind of workplace did you take yours to for sewing? I'm hoping I won't have to do the same, but Outsunny Awning don't sell the fabric and I had to take the most affordable one and this company was the choice. Please let me know. Thanks

Too bad your awning covers don't fit. My 2012 Aleko awning fabric is 110" the replacement you sent is 114" (four inches too wide). The splines are too big also. What a disappointment.
