It is Arabic not Urdu. The Arabic Qur'an will affect the jinn/black magic even if you yourself don't understand it.

Assalaam, Sheikh my Dad went to the Masjid to Pray, in his Local one , and his New Shoes where stolen, that's why some peoples local Masjids are worried about different people coming in and out, where Locals don't even know them. It's never happened before, because everyone normally knows everyone. And they look out for one another, Communitys need to be together.
The masjid is open to every Muslim that can have access to it. Taking shoes or anything that belongs to others without there permission is a sin. I don't understand what you are suggesting here?

Why majority of the people in the society nowadays just like this. Always giving evil eyes on others. Inflicting people with their evil eyes. Nowadays this Envy intention also changed. They want their children to be hafez to show other people in the mosque.
How does one find the one who does this to them? To stop them and so, please advice.
You cant
You can make du'a repeatedly for Allah to expose them. Then they may be exposed for different means for example they may be seen on cctv sneaking into the property at night, vivid dreams, or they might tell you themselves directly or indirectly.

Because you have no access to the original aramaic, and has been translated and changed so many times, you can't understand this. To us muslims, it makes sense immediately. We believe that there is no one worthy of worship except God. The same as the first commandment in moses 10 commandments, and the same as what Jesus said were the 2 greatest commandment (love the Lord your god&love your brother as yourself) so with these in mind, you would never believe that the messenger who brought God's message was God. We believe that Muhammad peace be upon him was the final messenger, and no will enter paradise without following his message. When moses was the prophet, none would get to God except through moses's message, and the same when Jesus brought the word of God, none will get to the father except by following his message he brought from God. Abraham was the father of monotheism and bought Gods message, this is how Jesus and Abraham were the same NOT the god of Ibrahim and jesus were same. That goes against all of the other commandments.
