Saline Solution or phosphate stock solution kaise banaye iske bare me bataye.

for saline 0.8g / 0.85g in 100ml

phosphate stock solution- 0.1M
PH depends on for what you are using it.
Basic protocol: In 800 ml of distilled water add 20.209g of Sodium phosphate (dibasic) and mix well now add 3.394 g of Sodium phosphate (monobasic) and mix again. Check the pH of the solution using a pH meter and adjust as necessary using phosphoric acid solution or sodium hydroxide solution as required (5.8 - 7.4).
Once you reached the desired pH, add the remaining quantity of distilled water and make the total volume of Phosphate buffer solution to 1000 ml.
