I never heard that Amy Winehouse song before but I bet she is mighty pleased that not only did you remember her, you paid her a beautiful homage. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. The saxophones were a phenomenal accompaniment, & of course, Reggie, you're the best.
I was NOT expecting that AT ALL! She was so smooth. As she was singing Marley I got a distinct Amy Winehouse vibe. And then she sang Amy Winehouse! AND THEN... the two saxes showed up. That was an A level impromptu street performance! Best one I've seen on your channel so far - and that's saying a lot! Love you Liberty! Whoever you are! 🥰
Thanks! I have a feeling you know who she was. I would buy a ticket to see you two perform any time and any place. But I’m thinking she was a very famous person who stepped away from the limelight. She didn’t want to answer too much. Very incognito. Beautiful through all the disguise. And what a voice. The minute she knocked on his guitar, she gave herself away. That was no amateur. Great channel! Always wait for your posts. Hope Liberty shows up again one day.
I thought the exact same - she’s a consummate professional singer with clear stage presence. Love to know more about her ??? Amazing voice and musicality.
First this woman sang her axx off . She had so much soul , and she was fearless. Then these two guys ( musicians) show up . This was an exciting once in a life time moment. It will never be repeated. Thank you Reggie 🔥
This was epic. That lady is seriously talented and Reggie, you are amazing. Can we just take a minute to appreciate how Reggie can accompany anyone on any song that comes up? I've been watching your videos for a long time and you never cease to amaze me.

DAMN!!! This is a TRUE artist. She was not afraid to let herself go into the song and her vibe. Oh boy, her vibe. She got it, for real. I felt her performance. It was immaculate 👌🏼👌🏼
She is a professional performer, you can tell by her voice, her moves, she’s in her element performing, and you can pretty much bet this lady has been and is on the world stage. She told this man that she has always wanted to come out and sing with him so she has been made aware of him and sought him out. Also, how many people in New Yawk have a big burly guy just show up to help them park their bike on the side of the street plus help them off the bike. This gal is famous, bet on it!
Someone smarter than me said" you will never hear the best musicians in the world, its such a shame" today was a good day I heard a blessed one. Thank you for posting this. Great lady Liberty.
I can't stop watching this video, Michelle Phillips "liberty" already knew he would be there, she really wanted to meet and sing with Reggie. It would be really cool to see Reggie sing with her again, this woman still has a beautiful voice. The problem with this video is that it ends. Perfect video
@lukasxx325 Michelle Phillips was born in Southern California and raised there and in Mexico. Liberty says she was born in NYC and spent her life there. I guess she could be lying but why
I didn't know what to expect but Liberty sounded amazing! She made the Bob Marley song her own, giving it a jazzy vibe which I love. A cool delivery from a Very cool New Yorker.
Amazing! Thank you all. Reggie, I think you're fantastic... making the world better all the time. You and Liberty gave a mini-concert and were SO good.
This is one of the things I miss most about living in a large city- I would step out every day knowing that anything was possible. You never knew who’d you run into it or what amazing opportunities would pop up. The sky’s the limit & it’s not unheard of for strangers to randomly come together & make one awesome memory, sometimes a memory to last a lifetime. People always hear about the bad stuff but cities are magic. At least in my experience Chicago was. Beauty & magic.
@@janyshaynes5762 its Barbara strysan, she has a hit called lady liberty. She used lots of clues and almost messed up what she was talking. I know, right. She didn't just sing those songs, she felt those songs. When she hit Reggie's guitar for that 'added beat', I was like, okay, this Lady KNOWS music.

@@carollxo1019 A lot of people suspect she's someone famous. She has the talent and stage presence of a professional performer, and the fact that she kept her sunglasses and helmet on, then tried to sneak off at the end and didn't really talk to the sax players suggested to me that she wanted to leave before someone recognised her. Thats the New York I remember. Random encounters, meeting new friends and old acquaintances. Gettin along and people being people. Keep soreading love thru music.
What a great moment. Liberty was definitely a pro. Her tone, her pitch her control was really good. You don't get that good singing in the shower. Really enjoyed this one.
the funky hats/helmet helps... yeah NYC.
Exactly!
The way she pulled her bike right up to the spot.
@@powerups5434 It broke down at that spot. She fixed it before singing.
@@grant4176 sure she did
Liberty-
Wherever Bob Marley is right now, he is smiling because you did him proud.
I never heard that Amy Winehouse song before but I bet she is mighty pleased that not only did you remember her, you paid her a beautiful homage.
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
The saxophones were a phenomenal accompaniment, & of course, Reggie, you're the best.
Back again , I can’t get enough of this lady. Just wonderful. Reggie get her back please!!!
She can leave New York and hit the road with her back up band. I would go and hear her sing, she sounds great...😊😊😊
OMG... THIS WOMEN VOICE REALLY KICKED MY HEART! SHE'S REALLY GOOD I WOULD SURELY BUY HER SOMGS...
If you have ever listened to the Mama's and the Papas then you have heard her voice before..Her name is Michelle Phillips..
Best ever! She’s great!
I agree 💯. I really got Rita Moreno vibes from her. This was a great street jam session.
Kylie Minogue!!!!
@@martinaherne7559 NO! NO! NO!
U spoke my words
The lady on the bike has an amazing voice, could have listened to her all day. She is very talented. ❤️🇨🇦👏🏻👏🏻
A Beautiful person inside and out!! Her faith will take her to the top of the charts SOON! A real person with real talent! Love ya girl!
The lady on the bike wow. She picked a great song and "knocked it out of the park" the sax players were "icing on the cake..."
My thoughts... uhm...🤔
I thought the exact same - she’s a consummate professional singer with clear stage presence. Love to know more about her ???
Amazing voice and musicality.
is that who I think it is!?!?!?
@@Steelersgrrrl
My guess is Rita Moreno…
@@bakokat6982 It’s Michelle Phillips from the Mamas and the Papas…
OMG, Liberty you go girl! What an angelic voice and happy soul ....
What gorgeous voice, hope she sees these comments 😊😊
Liberty and the saxists - what a vibe! That was great. Thanks Reggie for being the conduit that makes these flash collaborations happen.
First this woman sang her axx off . She had so much soul , and she was fearless. Then these two guys ( musicians) show up . This was an exciting once in a life time moment. It will never be repeated. Thank you Reggie 🔥
1M❤😂❤
Way to speak Adrianne!
NYC is full of street musicians….
Totally 👍🏼
This was epic. That lady is seriously talented and Reggie, you are amazing. Can we just take a minute to appreciate how Reggie can accompany anyone on any song that comes up? I've been watching your videos for a long time and you never cease to amaze me.
That's definitely so! He is gifted up to heaven and back 😅
That was way Epic! You all came together so well ! And that lady has an amazing voice !
Oh wow!!! Magic! I really needed that! Thank you. Wish there was more. 10:05
Just....WOW!!!
This was epic, suitable for any theater or nightclub.
This is my favourite singer the lady on the bike she’s so natural and I have listened over and over I love her voice and especially Amy wine house song love your videos Reggie keep up the great videos love your work love from New Zealand 🌹🌹🌹🌹👏👏👏👏
Me too. I just love her voice . Don’t you wish we could have learned more about her?
She can sing. It is good seeing ordinary people doing extraordinary things just for the love of it.
An instant classic! What a moment! Liberty is so easy to listen to and then those guys just show up. And then she tries to sneak away. I want more!
I agree... we can all see/ hear more from Liberty!
@@dbrentski4800you can. That was Michelle Phillips from The Mamas and The Papas. She’s a rock and roll legend.
DAMN!!! This is a TRUE artist. She was not afraid to let herself go into the song and her vibe. Oh boy, her vibe. She got it, for real. I felt her performance. It was immaculate 👌🏼👌🏼
They're saying she's Michelle Phillips from the Mamas and Pappas.
@@reggaefan2700, I don't agree. Michelle Philips is older, taller and doesn't have that Bob Marley style.
But, I agree she has "Presecence "....
@@Drsirkin Are you 100% sure? She sure do look like Michelle...today's Michelle not 1960s Michelle.
Kylie Minogue!!!
@@martinaherne7559yep yeah that is who it looks like
I absolutely love people being awesome I'm a 50-plus year old utility worker and it still brings tears to my eyes when people are just good
What an amazing voice, she belongs on the world stage
She is a professional performer, you can tell by her voice, her moves, she’s in her element performing, and you can pretty much bet this lady has been and is on the world stage. She told this man that she has always wanted to come out and sing with him so she has been made aware of him and sought him out. Also, how many people in New Yawk have a big burly guy just show up to help them park their bike on the side of the street plus help them off the bike. This gal is famous, bet on it!
Are u sure she hasn't already been on stage ?
@@fullmetaljacketgaming4971 she may have been but who cares, she has a great voice
Is barbara streisand
The way the saxophonists appeared from the heavens walking down the street to join y'all 🎶✨.. goes in the Books for me! 🙌
Someone smarter than me said" you will never hear the best musicians in the world, its such a shame" today was a good day I heard a blessed one. Thank you for posting this. Great lady Liberty.
Loving this soulful solo that merged into a live concert,
Liberty’s choice of songs were perfect, beautiful voice, thank you .❤❤❤❤
I can't stop watching this video, Michelle Phillips "liberty" already knew he would be there, she really wanted to meet and sing with Reggie. It would be really cool to see Reggie sing with her again, this woman still has a beautiful voice. The problem with this video is that it ends. Perfect video
Is this really Michelle who wrote California Dreaming?
Yes ❤@@mitchwalktalk
@lukasxx325 Michelle Phillips was born in Southern California and raised there and in Mexico. Liberty says she was born in NYC and spent her life there. I guess she could be lying but why
I think she is Debbie Harry (Blondie), I’m sure I read it in the comments months ago. She has the voice, the movements and the look. Check it out. ❤
@@mr_crisidoesn’t sound like Debbie.
Shes got a great vibe and she should be singing professionally. The two guys we're an extra treat they were great too!❤❤❤❤❤
I think that was Michelle Phillips from The Mamas and the Papas. A true legend.
I didn't know what to expect but Liberty sounded amazing! She made the Bob Marley song her own, giving it a jazzy vibe which I love. A cool delivery from a Very cool New Yorker.
She’s a professional!😳🥳😳 Wow! Love this woman’s voice and rhythm! Y’all jam great together! Totally enjoying y’all making music!🥳
Wow love the lady. She brought Jazz back in place. Thank you Reggie.
Amazing! Thank you all. Reggie, I think you're fantastic... making the world better all the time. You and Liberty gave a mini-concert and were SO good.
💯 👏 🎶 🎤 🎸
Bob Marley is pleased with that rendition. It was beautifully done 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Liberty is such a doll! What a fun lady. The sax guys joining in is awesome! Beautiful!
Looks like Kylie Minogue .. face and size.... but not the voice...
@@janyshaynes5762 its Barbara strysan, she has a hit called lady liberty. She used lots of clues and almost messed up what she was talking. It was pretty funny, only took me a couple seconds to understand that she was a movie star and singer. Then just did some cross rivers saying some checking and it was barbara streisand
No not Barbara Streisand but Michelle Phillips from the Mamas and the Papas famous Group from the 60s.
I wish you could get Liberty to sing again if your in her neighborhood again….I think a lot of others feel this way…she was a surprise out of the blue with a wonderful gift!
All I can say is WOW! The singer was amazing and the random inclusion of world class musicians is just so inspiring. It gave me goosebumps. Thank you Reggie for this channel and for the joy you and your fellow artists bring into the world.
This has to be the best random, yet 💗‼️
I can tell she's a professional singer. She's really good, the tone and timing is so perfect.
I know, right.
She didn't just sing those songs, she felt those songs.
When she hit Reggie's guitar for that 'added beat', I was like, okay, this Lady KNOWS music.
Plus she never wanted any attention. She just wanted to leave as soon as she finished singing. I think she believes she's at a place where she wants to be and was doing this just for fun.
From her very first note...crying. TY Reggie for your grace and soul. Bravo!!
I definitely love this woman !!! genuine artist, spontaneous, good vibes & sensational voice !!!
That woman was AMAZING!! I was smiling the whole time. She freely shared the love in her soul with the world, and I felt a kinship with her.
I was smiling too. I applauded at the end and wished the video was longer.
Love how she calls herself Liberty despite her knowing she'd probably be sussed out. Girl doesn't want stardom, she wants freedom. What a timeless voice, what a great guitarist and amazing impomptu back up. The best yet ❤
why wld she be sussed out?😮
@@carollxo1019 A lot of people suspect she's someone famous. She has the talent and stage presence of a professional performer, and the fact that she kept her sunglasses and helmet on, then tried to sneak off at the end and didn't really talk to the sax players suggested to me that she wanted to leave before someone recognised her. I've seen a lot of comments from people who think it's Michelle Phillips from The Mamas and Papas, but she's from LA and Liberty said she's lived in NYC most of her life. At first I thought it might be Deborah Harry, but then I saw a comment from someone convinced that she's Rita Moreno, and I think they might be right! She looks and sounds a lot like Rita!
@@CarysCreatesThings if Rita had access to time machine , sure. Liberty is 10+ years younger
@@lazardetlic8097 Rita is 91 but looks at least 20 years younger in my opinion! I saw her in interviews for 80 For Brady this year, and the only thing that gave her age away was her neck which is covered here. She's had quite a bit of work done on her face too.
I think she very well could have been Debbie Harry .
Just because you're in your 60s or 70s doesn't mean you're not physically fit period the woman is riding the bike with 50 pounds strapped to the back of it .
