Vocalist and leader of the Kino band Viktor Tsoi died in a car accident in 1990. The band's musicians gathered more than 30 years later to give memorable concerts in honor of Viktor Tsoi. At concerts they use Victor's vocals digitized from studio and rehearsal tapes. Kino’s songs are simple at first glance, but at the same time they contain many metaphors, so when listening to the songs, many fans find in them some kind of their own message and meaning. Therefore, the songs of the Kino band are still popular, more than 30 years later.

I really liked this song. 😃👍The vocalists dry almost spoken dark poetry vibe reminded me of Leonard Cohen with a dash of rock. The instrumentals had a very simple repetive beat with such an interesting twang and deep reverb.😏 It was so relaxing that I had to struggle not to become mesmerized into sleep or a trance.😂 Will be listening to this song a few more times to be certain but it is likely to be added to my sleep playlist. This beautiful song was written in the 80s in the USSR. There is nothing political in it, but it says that at night a lot of things happen that cannot happen during the day, under the cover of darkness things happen that we do not see. In order to understand and feel the beauty of the lyrics to this song, you would have to see how an entire country with its ideology, traditions, and values faded into oblivion. People continued to live, and under the cover of darkness something happened that later influenced our entire lives. The text is very deep and filled with very beautiful metaphors.

There is a Kino album called Night with another good song also called Night and the lyrics there are stating almost exactly what you are saying from about 14:20 Literally one line is: And I don't know how a will manage to live thru the next day. Or another: I love Night because it has less car traffic. It is a very peaceful and joyful song I recommend you to listen to it ( to the album version ) even if not for reaction. And also get the translation of the lyrics. You get the overall expression of some magic and love towards the night.

в школе смотрел, не понравилось...89...теперь, за последние 10 лет цоя понял, не со всем согласен, но он точно талант... как и тальков, он призывал к распаду ссср, думаю, они там смотрят и сожалеют.... у виктора интересные тексты, которые теперь играют совсем другими красками и смыслами, парадокс...

Это только Гагарина думает, что Кукушка про Великую Отечественную войну, возможно потому что её вставили в Битву за Севастополь. Общефилософские темы позволят людям слушать Кино и через 100-200 лет. И конечно оба не призывали к распаду СССР.

Иностранцы ни когда не поймут тексты Цоя! Надо знать Русский язык на уровне носителя! А приблизительный перевод это ни о чем!!!
1. "Никогда" пишется слитно.
2. Смысла этой песни ты и сам не знаешь.
