Pau was 17 in this video..what a freakin beast.
If you do not cover this I would have never heard this song. Not every day do contemporary metal bands seem to be this original and talented. This was impressive and enjoyable. Thanks again to you for a very entertaining few minutes...
This song is the prologue to the band's concept album Queen of the Murder Scene. As in Greek/Roman/Elizabethan theater, it is a direct address from a cast member directly to the audience and sets the scene/mood for the tale that is to follow. It's also an awesome song.

Awesome song, the best part is Pau working the drums and while singing, of course, Ale's bassline is off the hook, Dany's riffs have an intriguing sound, they fit this song so well. 😁
This is the perfect opening song for a concert imo. Ale's bass intro, the way Pau comes in with the vocals at the beginning, and the lyrics themselves are inviting.

Great reaction Miki!! I have been hoping you would do a reaction to this song and this performance. Of all the performances of Dust to Dust I believe this is the best quality of video and audio. Pau's vocal strength is just amazing and her drumming skills speak for themselves. Ale's bass work sometimes gets lost in this because of Pau's performance but she really kills it on bass, and Dany... always slays it on the guitar and certainly in belting out that ending! Thank you for the reaction and we look forward to your next reaction!!

Just a tidbit of info about Paulina, in addition to her obvious singing and drumming skills, she programed, and controls the graphics screen behind her by using foot pedals to trigger the show! Thank you Michal, another great reaction/analysis!
She is also the main writer in the band
She programs the entire show including on the midi tracks and everything technical that they use. She's a freaking genius.
she controls all the midi tracks too that keeps the band tight on each song and any backing tracks necessary. She has a program that she runs that she programs herself.
*Fun Facts:*
A) Ale bass intro is only played at *"special shows".*
B) As far as I know, Rudy Joffroy only sang his Preacher part *"live"* only at one special show at the Whiskey-A Go Go back in 2019. Other times (even at Lunario where he lip synch) his part is on the backing track.

It always amazes me how quickly Paulina regains her breath control after that hard drumming section. She struggles with the first few words, then she's right back in at full volume.
What do you get when you do a Warning reaction: respect and somebody even expressed his love to you. So many nice and decent people in TWA. Ain't it a beautiful invitation to do even more Warning reactions, not only for them but because of the rich pallet of musical coulours DPA paint their music with? This song is so special. The bass, drums, guitar, vocals (Pau as lead, and Dany supporting) are out of this world! This is a perfect intro to the concept of QOTMS. What teenagers write albums like this? The best is yet to come!
It's priceless to watch Pau playing the drums and singing, not an easy task to do!. BTW: two days ago The Warning released the Studio live version of the song Z, the only one it didn't have a video. I recommend you to react to it. It is a textbook case of what a power rock trio is ! pure fire!

Queens of Rock. Their maturity of this song continues to grow, from teens to young adults. Dany's voice has gotten deeper and stronger, they are rockers.

Beyond the performance is the amazing fact that Pau and her sisters wrote a rock novel at 12, 14, and 17! The vinyl edition is two discs, with each side containing three songs as a chapter. It comes with illustrated 12x12 inch booklets for each chapter, including lyrics, notes, photos, and artwork. This was quite the project for them, and it's all worth hearing, *in order,* starting with *Dust to Dust.* Dany's vocals and instrumental guitar work on *Crimson Queen* bring grown men to tears. The version of that song on the Lunario 2018 concert is the reference performance. That was the night the album was released.

I made this mistake with Rudy’s last name as well and you pronounced it like I did. The “J” in Spanish is pronounce like and “H”. So Joffroy is Pronounce Hoffroy.
Not to mention that you have to roll the r in Rudy to pronounce it correctly. I've often wondered if it ever bothers Rudy that we gringos completely butcher his name every time we say it. 😄
I think people pronounce it that way because of Game of Thrones, even me until you just pointed out the correct way 😀
