I know how you feel. I’ve been battling as well these last few months. Keep going through the teachings of Musashi and actively try and apply them to your life it’s helped me. Doing the same with the teachings from Taoism, meditating regularly, practicing mindfulness and regular walks in nature have also helped me a lot as well. Remember you do not need to prove yourself to anyone. For some interested in the teachings of Musashi something I found helpful was the realisation that Musashi was very much a maverick himself. He was actually very socially unconventional for his time. One of his teachings is not to conform to the conventions of society and to not care what other people think of you. I interpret that as not caring about other people’s judgements, that you don’t need to prove yourself to anyone. Another thing I found really helpful is practising zen, learning to live in the moment by practicing mindfulness, meditation is a great tool to help with this. Don’t focus on the past, don’t focus on the future, focus on the present, here and now, for this is the only thing that truly matters and is the only thing that you can influence. Everything else is essentially in your mind. This I found really helped to ease depression and anxiety. I’m not claiming it magically cured these conditions but the more I practiced these things the easier they became and the more they helped. Also try and be more spontaneous in your life. This is also great for breaking out of negative cycles and habits. These are all teachings of Musashi btw
Keep it up. You are saving me from my hopelessness 😢

Yes 🙌🏾 there is no fixed path to success really hits hard
This is very nice, as a reminder to listen to it as often as possible. Thank you!
good, but most are all the same but with a different name, so the video could be highly summarized.
