To everyone who is questioning how this school won first place with a drop , as I am doing so myself , please take into account that in PDS competition , performance isn't the only category where schools can score in. There is also GSK test , uniform inspection and Basic drills. Let me remind you that a drop is worth 3 points only. Now these 3 points could have been easily gained back via uniform inspection or basic drills or even gsk (we may not know , only the judges do). For all we know the final score could have been very close between hci and deyi . could have even been 1-2 points only. hope this clears out a bit of how this school was able to win the champion title with a drop. just because they have a drop does not mean that they cannot outscore other schools. look at wrss , 2 drops and they managed to get 3rd as well. so its not all about the performance and the amount of drops that determines your final position
you cannot see it from this video. try looking at the one uploaded by Ryan Lim , near the last part the guy in the front line to the right broke his rifle muzzle area while doing a drill if I'm not wrong. :)

and why does that matter? in the rubrics there isn't anything saying if you break a rifle points would be deducted.
