I think Joe tends to rock these kind of challenges because even when he's doing something insane he does it with a kind of confidence that makes the situation seem unreal to people. The funny thing about pranks is seeing how much people will put up with or be unsuspecting of and I think Joe monopolizes people's confusion by almost clearly telling a joke without telling people that he's telling a joke.
