Kinda new to this channel and I recently saw the opinions on spino fanboys vid and I wanted to give my two cents because it’s something I thought about for a while. I think that the reason why so many spino fans love the spino too much is because of its portrayal. It was shown to be an unstoppable killing machine and its further defined exploits only make it seem more so. The spino was hit oh the spinning blade of a plane on the tip of its sail, the arguable weakest part of its body, with no visible damage after the fact, it hunted many rexes throughout its life, and it went on to cause an ecological collapse on sorna. Not only that but the only time we see it properly scarred is when it was surrounded by a lake of fire. Even when teamed up on by two rexes it wasn’t killed it just ran with no serious damage (though camp Cretaceous kinda eh). To help explain this better I’m gonna go through every powerful Jurassic creature O can think of and explain spinous match up with it in my head. Quetzal: 70/30 loss for spino. Quetzal could easily dive and Pierce a vital organ on any large creature so the only way spino wins if it hits the sail by mistake or it manages to dodge somehow and ground the quetzal. Rex 90/10 spino win The spino has been confirmed to have killed many rexes and in jp3 we see no major scaring. It got even bigger by camp Cretaceous so I don’t see a red suddenly overpowering it now alone. Beyond that the spino has shown a uniques kind of intelligence in the way it killed the Rex. The spino would have no extinct to kill a Rex like that as it was a piscinivore so unless we are assuming other genes it was given have given this new instinct what’s more likely is that it understands it’s weaknesses and came up with this strategy to compensate. There is also a detail about this fight and the spino’s track record that I will bring up later. Mosa: 100/0 spino loss but chance of survival Unless the spino is out at sea this most likely will never happen, but the spino could easily be outmuscled and killed by the mosa in the water. However, the spino would most likely not swim that far out and as we see in its fight with the rex, a subadult rex bite did nothing to its neck. What’s more is with its track record as a rex hunter it would have definitely been bitten there by older stronger rexes witch there are no visible scars that show he was severely weakened. With this in mind and the sail of the spino making a direct bite hard, I think the spino could escape the Mosas jaws and flee to the surface about 50% of the time as the mosa drowned Indy because it couldn’t even kill her in her battered and weakened state with its bite. Raptor pack 80/20 to 65/35 spino wins This will require convincing because of what the writers said, but because the spino wasn’t killed by raptors on an island with a massive pack of them we must assume he either warded them off or survived past battles with a lack of prominent scaring. I haven’t found any thing disproving this so ima role with it. Giga: 70/30 spino wins The giga is well armored and large but the spino is a bit bigger and has functional arms, also the their wounded and killed the giga while a Rex bit did nothing to the spino which shows me the spino is much more durable. So without a way to easily kill the spino and the relentlessness the spino shows in its hints or fights I the ink the spino would win with that or off possible a neck snap but I think the giga is too big.(I also don’t think the giga is said to have a stronger bite than the Rex so I don’t know how the giga plans to hurt it sufficiently?) Therizinosaurus: 80/20 spino wins If giga couldn't theri can’t, and it’s literally for the same reasons, spino too tuff and theri has a noodle neck which we know spino will go for. Indoraptor: 70/30 spino wins Spino is too big and could pull apart the indoraptor, but the indoraptor is smart and could maybe pounce on the spinous neck but the durability of the spino leads me too doubt that will kill before the indoraptor is grabbed by the arms and pulled apart. Spiney: no this is dumb spino looses shut up Now the controversial one Indominous Rex (on land): 50/50 tie First thing I need to say is spino and indom have many similar feats. Spino was hit by plane prop, Indom was near helicopter crash. Spino broke through gate with no damage, indom was thrown in building with significant/noticeable damage. Inform destroyed a lot of nublar, spino destroyed a lot of Sorna. Indom was bit on neck with slight damage, spino was bit on neck with almost no damage, but both were done by rexes. Overall these creature have very similar feats, but each of them have edges as well. The Indonesian has more flexible arms but the spino has a more flexible neck and head. The indom is very intelligent but the spino has been shown to be decently smart and absolutely relentless. Indom was injured by bite but resistant to gunshots. Spino was immune to bite but seemingly weak to fire. Both of these creatures on land have pros and cons that could be abused like ina forest spino could hit indom into trees and inpale it while trying for a neck snap, but on a less densely wooded area the indom could camo and keep sneak attacking. Overall I think the battle on land is a close tie with environmental factors giving it to one or the other, but… Spino in the water vs anything (minus mosa, quetzal, or spiny) 80+ win rate The biggest thing about the spino is the fact it can swim. This factor alone makes it capable of punching higher than it weight class with little above it in the first place. This means chad like the indom win on only 23-25% percent of globe (23 because of wetlands). Because of this I’ll add one more contestant Ultimasaurus (overall):80/20 spino loss It all comes down to whether ultimate can swim or not which is what that 20 represents, because ultima is op as hell. I feeel like I foorgor sooomeeonee…. Ohhhh Scorpious Rex: 90/10 spino wins weaker indoraptor with a serious case of adhd that loves fire and killing way too much, but the poison might kill if it lives long enough so ten percent chance. I think that’s all and my reasoning is clear so here is my argument in the defense of all other spino fanboys and girls.

I know this might be some au, and I completely respect that! I loved the video! But I would just like to say that all of the dino's in the Jurassic Park/World franchise are female. From my memory there are only 2 males, and they were velociraptors. Correct me if I'm wrong but that is just what I remember! But amazing video! I loved it!
