I’ve lived in both places and there is no way it’s better than Big Bear. But I guess if you’re from LA it’s nice, lol. There is no lake in PMC. So I’ll have to disagree. Way more amenities in Big Bear.
Big Bear is nice but if you are not actually skiing or going on the lake Frazier park is so much less crowded. And frankly, if you want water and you’re in LA area why wouldn’t you go to the ocean? And if you’re skiing, seriously consider Mammoth. Much better skiing (and mountains biking and hiking as well than Big Bear Cheers

It depends. If you want nice and quiet then this place seems better. Big Bear always has so much traffic

Pine mountain club is a great place .....and you are right, it takes me around 1 hour and 10 minutes to get there from Studio City.
